I'm with Aaron here.  Addressing over-funded projects should not be
even a medium-term thing (unless it looks likely we'll have some
sooner).

Confused on time:  10am PT = 1pm ET = 6pm (18:00) UTC.  Depending on which
exact time you're talking about, I may or may not be able to join the
meeting.

If it's 10am PT, I have a meeting conflict for my day job.

If it's noon ET, I would have an hour to talk before the aforementioned
meeting.

If it's 13:00 UTC, I'm free in 45 minutes.
