student and i love using open office, i love what it represents, i love how it
works and compaires to word, but i want to address something i think is long
overdue in addressing; And i'm taking a break from my finals

Moderators don't have this permission, and AFAIK, can't be given it.
Only the list owner can, though I am not sure who's the owner for users.
