users had the option of color coding their sheet tabs in Calc then it might

How do I save a file (table) in OOo Writer as a spreadsheet?
Calc has flat out refused to open it when saved as myfile.odt and
promptly shut down to let Writer take over.

it's an OOo newsletter) and copy the text and try pasting it into OOo
Writer I get only one page. The rest is ignored. What happened?
