Resurrecting this thread because I just stumbled across RESTClient myself -- and I like it! My team and I use curl extensively and regularly, and it definitely has its place. But a RESTful GUI will be very helpful in getting beginners really using/thinking HTTP, instead of browsers. Version 2.0
