Interesting.. This is exactly what I've implemented here at SMX. I have my rest bundle which wraps restlet, and monitors other bundles for the header "SMX-Restlet-Provider" which points to an implementation of a "RestletProvider" interface. The restlet bundle tracks these these provider bundles
