Just tested with JEE 2.1-M2 and it seems like its been fixed. Don't get the
BufferOverflow anymore

This looks like a bug. Could you provide a small (JUnit) test case to reproduce
it. We'll try to fix this for the upcoming 2.1 M2 version.
