Hi,
Last year when i discovered gnuradio i did some tutorials of the wiki. The
documentation were great, but it was outdated. I really found disgusting to use
a deprecated module (Qt Gui sink) in the tutorial.
To sum up, I think that the wiki needs to be upgraded to 3.8.0.0.
I appreciate your
Hi Bogdan,
I'm afraid that's a bit out of the realm of what César can do – that's
gnu.org infrastructure, and we're still (still) trying to figure out
whether (and if so, how) it's possible to repair.
Cheers,
Marcus

You are _NOT_ an idiot.
There were serious bugs in the generic implementation of several of the
type conversion kernels.

Hi César,
I have taken it upon myself to work on the gnuradio documentation.
Please let me know of any unclear or missing steps as you work through
the tutorials.
We welcome all of your questions and comments.

Thanks Ron.
I did some more testing, and it appears to indicate that I’m an idiot. I won’t
go into the sordid details.

Hi Cesar,
I'm another of the project leads (Marcus and Martin both are as well)
and I can promise you that we won't find you annoying! If you have
questions about the tutorial then they need to be improved and we'll
happily help as we can. (Spoilers, they need improvement!) Thanks for

Christophe,
See my message to Andy,
I managed to get this working by using the 'PLL Ref Out' block which
does produce a nice 19 KHz tone. Then filter (BFP) and multiply by three

Next, use a complex conjugate to turn negate t
Hi Andy,
I played around with this some more yesterday.

It's pretty easy to test for Volk issues. Just edit the
~/.volk/volk_config file and change the volk_32f_s32f_convert_16i line
to generic for both alignments.
On my older box, volk_config has u_avx for both alignments (and that
works correctly).
