Silver.theme missing

I’m not a fan of Gtk, and the gnustep gtk theme uses Gtk2, which is now obsolete. I see the Silver theme recommended at http://wiki.gnustep.org/index.php/Silver.theme, but the link is dead, it seems the plug was pulled on gna.org back in 2017. Is there somewhere I can download this theme?
