If the system for the update message is meant to give you the next line then if you have two lines there which one do you update to? 3.6.5 to 3.6.6/3.6.7 or to 4.0.x? That would make a confusion. I would update to 3.6.5 for the next few weeks. If you really want 4.0.0 instead, then by then most issues with it will be known soonand you will be forewarned.
