We do have a few other JIRA instances in AWS and from my experience it
the problems we see with Gerrit don't exist, or if they do, I haven't
run into them. We haven't had anyone complain with our other AWS based
JIRA instances.

Curious if we know if performance will drop as it did when we moved gerrit
over to AWS? We get a "working" status many times with gerrit in AWS. I
think the issue was with the DNS queries. But it takes seconds for the gui
to move from action to action.
