https://github.com/geotalleres/geotalleres
There is no license specification. would be asked.

Hi all
with the kind of premise exposed by Robert Ward, it will be not hard
to create at least a developer community around this project... really
well exposed and explained.
congratulations

I would suggest to ask directly in the dev list of the project touched
by your requirements. the CV is usually the commit history or dev list
activity.

I can't find a rule (in code of conduct) or election rules about charter
member nomination...
I wouldn't like to see nomination of a member from another member belonging
to the same company. It could be a mechanism to create lobbies.
any opinion?

I still can find charters member without any presentation or CV. Do we have
to allow nominating someone that do not want to present himself?
I can find some that I know for their code contribution but without any
osgeo profile. I wouldn't vote aoyone wthout presentation.
