Johan, it looks like the OSGeo flyer was updated in svn in August, so
you might 'checkout' that as well, for the booth. Hope this helps you!

Regarding booth materials, I know when I was in your same situation for
FOSS4G Seoul I checked out the marketing sources with a command like:
svn co https://svn.osgeo.org/osgeo/marketing/ marketing-svn
and then found an old v

The marketing collateral is to be down loaded from the osgeo wiki and
printed per activity. Shopping hard copy around the globe leaves us with
too much of a carbon foot print ;-)
