I connected this display to my raspberry and copied the following lines
into the config.txt file as recommended by the manufacturer:
max_framebuffer_height=1920
max_usb_current=1
config_hdmi_boost=10
hdmi_group=2
hdmi_force_hotplug=1
hdmi_mode=87
hdmi_timings=1080 1 26 4 50 1920 1 8 2 6 0 0 0 60
Hi to update the touch function of my touch screen I need to install a
new driver using:
sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-input-libinput
under the piCorePlayer image the command apt-get is not known, is there
any other way of installing the file ?

OK I managed to get it turned 90 by reducing the resolution of the
display (not in config.txt) but the GUI of the piCorePlayer.

of a Raspberry Pi3B+ using full Raspian instead of the piCP image ?
