If it is Panasonic look at this data sheet http://industrial.panasonic.com/www-data/pdf/ABA/ABACE3.pdf HA seems to be the series and C the voltage. I couldn't see a manufacturer name or ID on the case, but that certainly
seems to match the part I've got. And it's available at my local RS
('here' (http://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/aluminium-capacitors/7472828/)),
although I think I'll keep looking for somewhere that might sell me
fewer than 25.
I've never done any surface mount soldering, and don't have the tools,
so I may try to borrow the one gathering dust in the store room where I
work.
