Whoa, I just got what I think is the same thing after clicking a result
link from a google search. Looks like the mobile style/theme of the
forum gets set and and stays set. It can be reset in your forum
settings, under General or by using a link with a styleid.

I don't know what that means, but if you're talking about something in a
web browser, try hitting -Ctrl+0- (control zero).
