Therein lies my problem, CF is totally unusable in its current state. I can’t
even open the administrator ☹.

Look for a file called neo-query.xml that lives under CF somewhere. Should have
all of your DSN stuff in it, if I recall correctly.

If the CF administrator is unstable, try going to your ColdFusion lib
directory and look for a file named neo-datasource.xml
example:
c:\coldfusion8\lib\neo-datasource.xml
This should be a WDDX packet that has your previously saved DSN information.

We had an event on one of our servers that has rendered CF unusable and
needing a uninstall/reinstall. However, this means that we will lose our
configured data sources. Does anyone know of a way to get this
information before we uninstall the program or are we just pretty much
SOL?
