I reduced the scan time to 60 seconds on the production server and it seems
to have worked. I'll only know once a host server
The problem appears to be the configuration of your McAfee A/V
solution. Note the message is re: scanning the file. If the A/V
gives up, that may be the reason the startup fails.

Google is your friend. It's amazing how many solutions you can find
simply be typing an error message into Google. The trouble for many
is figuring out what to type into Google. The error message is a
great place to start if you have one and it looks like it was the
answer here too...

Indead google is our friend, however, I tried almost every variation of
the 2 error messages I got from the event log. Nothing substantial with
a solution was found.
