Did you try restarting the cold fusion service? Also, the event logs on the server may possibly provide some clue.

We did take down the cf server and move it to a new rack yesterday morning, however it was running smoothly all afternoon. Does anyone else have any experience with the above error? Suggestions as to where to look for assistance? Running CF 7.0.2, on Windows Server 2k3.
