Yeah I have firebug, it wont show you the requests coming out of flash
though... at least i don't see where it does that.

Fiddler: http://www.fiddlertool.com/fiddler/
All these are great tools for understanding what's going on
My favorite MITM proxy is, and has been for a long time, Paros. WebScarab has
some other interesting features, but a crappy UI.
