Yea looks like AdminStatus has nothing to do with OperStatus. It sounds like a bug, please fill out a bug report. If net-snmp works then use that until we can address the issue with bsnmp. thanks -Original Message- From: Xawiers [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, October 10, 2005 11

I just installed and checked if AdminStatus interfaces must all be up to have OperStatus up. It isn't a work around. I installed on other PC ( on own separate server ) I think it isn't matter which software is working snmpd or bsnmpd. Thing is that OperStatus doesn't depend on AdminStatus on diff

Well sounds like you have a work around. FYI I don't think you'll be able to track any of the pf (Packet Filter) tree with net-snmp though. -Original Message- From: Xawiers [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, October 10, 2005 11:07 AM To: discussion@pfsense.com Subject: RE: [pfSense-d

We use bsnmpd, not net-snmp. On 10/10/05, Xawiers <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > BTW > I installed on local FreeBSD 5.4 net-snmp and it works correct AdminStatus > and OperStatus are up to interfaces I use. > > Xawiers > > -Original Message- > From: Xawiers [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent:

I'll look into the OperStatus. Please create a bug report so I can track this. There maybe a workaround to map adminstatus to operstatus but I'll have to check this to be sure. Thanks! -Original Message- From: Scott Ullrich [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, October 10, 2005 10:43
