Yea looks like AdminStatus has nothing to do with OperStatus. It sounds
like a bug, please fill out a bug report. If net-snmp works then use
that until we can address the issue with bsnmp.

I just installed and checked if AdminStatus interfaces must all be up to
have OperStatus up.
It isn't a work around.
I installed on other PC ( on own separate server ) I think it isn't matter
which software is working snmpd or bsnmpd. Thing is that OperStatus doesn't
depend on AdminStatus on diff
Well sounds like you have a work around. FYI I don't think you'll be
able to track any of the pf (Packet Filter) tree with net-snmp though.
