[pfSense-discussion] Reject instead of block
Hello Is there any way to reject pcakets by default instead of the default blocking? Blocking makes really no sense on the internal interface and I even doubt it makes any sense on the external interface. It just makes debugging a link impossible and I don't need any obscure stealth-features :) I'm using beta4 (for the first time) and didn't find any easy way to set the default policy to reject. Thanks for any hints. -- Fridtjof Busse
[pfSense-discussion] cant get the Developer's edition Iso anymore
hi guys, as per subject. Is there going to be a developer's editition iso released for 1.0 beta4? The 1.0 beta*3* developer's edition iso was available for download some time ago, but now that beta4 is out, it seems like beta3 has been deleted from the mirrors already - and there is no developer's edition iso for beta4 in sight. (and yes, i know about the vmware edition, but i would really prefer to work with the developer iso). thanks, -jf

[pfSense-discussion] Writing new packages
Hi, is there any documentation out there on how to build my own packages? Especially, how can I upload my newly build package to see how it works? I've found the CoreGUIBuilder and a "Quick writeup of how the pkg_mgr installs a package". The Files under CVS are easily to understand. I want to provide transproxy for pfSense. Any hints from the developers? BR, PIT --- copyleft(c) by | _-_ Oh, wait, that was Randal...nevermind... -- Peter Allgeyer | 0(o_o)0 Larry Wall in <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> ---oOO--(_)--OOo---
