I do not think that gov.I'll officially recommends open source . it uses it
but it also has a considerable amount of sites and servers in the msft
domain...
Even if your reach gov.Il - I do not think you would find anything formal.

I have been involved with Drupal, Jenkins and git (I'm excluding the
