Most do this splitting (either left or right), so I think it’s a feature of our language: switching between vowel and consonant. And since a handswitch is the most convenient movement, having vowels left and consonants right (or vice versa) is the easiest way to optimize for movement. [Neo] Confused about Neo3 optimization work
Hallo dear community! I have the following issue: -> Under "Evolved Layouts" we have a top-10 ranking of calculated layouts (cpuesser first; the results are 3yrs old) --> acc. to the calculations this layout performs far better than cry / bone 2 / etc which are candidates for a future NEO3 release. Why is the cpuesser layout not mentioned anymore? Is this due to an updated Optimizer or criteria change, so the results must not be compared?
