When going through a list of 92items with 10rows per page the header shows only
the page numbe
I tried to build the latest code from Subversion but had 4 tests fail.
Looking at the test cases it seems the conditions were wrong (at least for
my Locale and time zone). I've attached a patch file showing the test cases
that succeed for me.
