I didn't even know this repo existed until I noticed that the sidebar on pypi.python.org. It isn't mentioned anywhere on https://pypi.org/help/ . Should people still be using that project or the Google Form? Or do we need a GitHub repo to track things like package ownership transfers? -Brett
