Non serious answer: definitely! Longer answer: it depends on your use cases: CMSes are a very broad category of applications, which fills a huge number of uses. In my opinion django CMS is perfect if you want a tight integration between the unstructured content (CMS pages) and structure /application logic. Other Django CMSes are not super powerful in that range, and non Django CMSes usually fails badly at this.
