#30712: MySQL 8 supports defaults for BLOB and TEXT columns

 Whilst implementing #27676 for MariaDB, I learned that MySQL 8.0.13+
 allows defaults for BLOB and TEXT columns as well.

 It has a caveat though - static defaults must always be wrapped in
 parentheses for such columns.
