Yep, I'm the maintainer of this one. At that time, I couldn't find any packaged
version, so I did my own (I deploy only RPM based apps, so I've made a few
others like this one ;-))
BTW, the latest stable version is available here:
http://repo.firewall-services.com/centos/6/SRPMS/dl-0.12-1.el6.fws.src.rpm
I never took the time to submit it (or any other of my package) on EPEL, not
that I wouldn't like to.... but I just don't have the time :-(
