-Seal be excluded from the hash or should some part
of it be included?
I'm assuming the former, but regardless I can find no text to make this
explicit.
Is such text missing or am I simply overlooking it?

This is more in regards to the Recommended Usage draft than the ARC spec
itself (and possibly this has been answered elsewhere before).
Is a message sender allowed (or perhaps even advised) to be part of the ARC
chain as the first set of the chain?

Chapter 5 of the current draft contains a typo in the word “sucessful” (sic).
p.s. Is there any other way of reporting such inconsequential issues other than
bothering the entire list like this?
