Hi, I've been able to build up my own package from debian buster's source removing libsystemd dependency. From my side it looks safe enough, as all systemd-spesific lines in sources are marked with `#ifdef SYSTEMD_ENABLE;` (or similar) So I am not sure why it's missing. Perhaps there is issue
