I just uploaded a live image of Devuan:

This image is(or aims to be) *exactly*the same than:

All the packages (*.debs and *.udebs) are official packages of Devuan 
with the exception of live-installer (read abovemy old thread "Bug in 
live-installer")

This second one fails. As you know, you can see the error message 
yumping to the tty4 console.
