This document has been in holding pattern while the dns-over-dtls
document was addressed and moved forward. Also, the authors were
waiting to hear from one straggler author (dkg, the secure courtesy
phone please). The chairs feel we will use the WGLC as a forcing
function the latter issue.
This starts a Working Group Last Call for:

Please review the draft and offer relevant comments. Also, if someone
