I'm using these options from IPFire GIT while building 'dnsmasq' (the latest
'lfs'-file and 'dnsmasq-Add-support-to-read-ISC-DHCP-lease-file.patch'

Does either compile without third-party patches?
Until now, it made no difference compiling
