I am running dnsmasq on my xubuntu 21.04 laptop, I haven't changed the
configuration from default at all yet.
I have a WiFi hotspot configuration that brings up the WiFi as a
server with IP confuguration:-
inet 10.42.0.1 netmask 255.255.255.0 broadcast 10.42.0.255
