It is a very sane default that the "RaspberryPI" is a DHCP client.
Same as a smart phone is a DHCP client in most cases.

For us, dnsmasq mailinglist, is awareness on "What is the server?"
and "What is the client?" what matters. We have to ask for such information
when "problems" are reported. Problems in qoutes because most reports
I have seen here are the "problems" I had in my early days with dnsmasq.
Dnsmasq does what it is supposed to do.

Enjoyed the discussion on dnsmasq+dhcpcd+"DHCP client co-incidently getting
the address of DHCP server". (Discussion the dignified word for exchange of
ideas.)
