Okay now with these settings, I think I'm able to achieve what I want
- DHCPv6 for those who support it (assigned via hostsfile) and slaac +
name mapping for Android:
enable-ra
dhcp-range=::10, ::::, ra-names, slaac, infinite
dhcp-option=option6:dns-server,[::4]
Where ::4 is the
The relevant dnsmasq config, this time radvd is disabled:
enable-ra
dhcp-range=::::2,
2001:470:1f13:d18::::, 64, infinite
dhcp-range=::::0001,
2001:470:1f13:d18::::, 64, infinite, ra-names

Well now I tried setting two dhcp-range ::1 to ::100 with infinite lease
time, and ::101 to ::200 with ra-names
Also added enable-ra
My phone doesn't get an mapping neither an IPv6 address.

I'm playing with IPv6 after getting a tunnel from HE. I have
configured dnsmasq as:
domain-needed
resolv-file=/etc/resolv.dnsmasq
strict-order
interface=eth0
interface=lo
no-dhcp-interface=lo
bind-interfaces
expand-hosts
domain=lan
dhcp-range=192.168.0.11,192.168.0.254,255.255.255.0,24h
