Hi Albert, Thanks for the pointer. It seems as though I'm not running in authoritative mode, but it also seems I don't need to. This seems to be an issue tied to the DHCP client, or at least a class of them. The client seems to be stuck holding onto it's original IP address unless I power cycle it. Frustrating.
