There is no DHCPNACK offered by dnsmasq?
It almost seems as though it's ignoring the subnet when it offers the IP
address?
Has anyone else seen this behavior or can anyone shed some light?

set a flag in their requests so that this happens automatically, some old
BOOTP clients do not.
Anyone with experience know that this is the case?
