Hi Albert,

Thanks for the pointer. It seems as though I'm not running in authoritative
mode, but it also seems I don't need to. This seems to be an issue tied to
the DHCP client, or at least a class of them. The client seems to be stuck
holding onto it's original IP address unless I power cycle it. Frustrating.

I'll keep you posted if I find anything further.

Loving dnsmasq though. Brilliant.

Dnsmasq will send DHCPNAKs only if it is configured as authoritative
(that is, it can assume that no other DNS server can answer). How is
yours configured?
