The chairs can only assume the working group is not interested in moving
this work forward.
We are going to discuss this with Warren on our next steps here.

We received a few comments stating the document should go the independent
stream route. After some discussion we felt there were enough comments to
provide consensus to adopt this work. We do expect it won’t need extensive
revision and will be straightforward to advance.
