I meant that DNSSEC is also generally not used for the global names in such
an environment.

I’ve learned never to say never in the world of Internet technologies as there 
are just too many clever people out there who like to some pretty wild hacks, 
hence the “generally not used”.

It seems it does not address the same thing. I was thinking of testing
*actual* published SVCB/HTTPS records, for instance to detect a case
where the HTTPS record says alpn="h3" but the HTTP server does not
actually speaks HTTP/3.
