[docbook] Glossary linking not working as expected

Dear all, I've managed to set up conversion of my DocBook 4.5 documents to HTML via the XSL scripts 1.78.1. My XSLT parser is Saxon 6.5.5 using Java on Ubuntu 11.10 (1.6.0_27 with OpenJDK). However, using a glossary database results in the error (and no cross reference is set up): Error:

Hi Jason, The section in my book on the glossary collection does not make it clear that, of the two methods for linking into a glossary, only the automatic linking is supported when you use a glossary collection file. That's because the id/linkend method would lead to an invalid document,
