I've tried it few minutes ago. Saidly the problem with the
missing TOC's has not been fixed :-(
I am not sure but I think Michal Kay did some major performance
improvements. It seems that 6.4 is much faster.

Any way to control the granularity of chunking in the htmlhelp stylesheet?
It generates separate html files not only at the chapter level (where our
topics live) but also at the section level. I believe we want the topic html
files to contain the sections.

Do you have a link element of some kind inside the title of a formal

Was this a stylesheet patch or a jade patch? I don't recall it, but
I could have missplaced it, I suppose.
Looks like a bug to me. Fixed on my local machine. (I'm offline now, but
I'll make a CVS update later today and a new release later this week.)

No, partly because it probably wouldn't work even if there was. Most
of the places where you can refer to

Probably because the TOC does its own parse of the tree, so the exclusion
logic would have to be applied also.
