Here's another newbie question:
When using NTEmacs, is there a way to force the SGML Validate command to
insert the correct XML declaration for XML documents and the SGML
declaration for SGML documents? I'm tired of manually changing the command
line everytime I validate an XML document. It

There is no cols attribute on informaltable. It's on tgroup.

I've check the archives but can't find anyone with this same
problem...
In my pdf file that gets generated from the commands below, the
table of contents that gets automatically generated goes past the
end of the page. Any help greatly appreciated.
I'm running:

I have an article that has authorgroup, pubdate, and revhistory tags in
an articleinfo tag.
The stylesheet seems to grab the articleinfo piece, and has a tag for
the authorgroup. Unfortunately, it just calls a new template with a
slightly different mode:
