You could try temporarily introducing an error such as an unclosed element
into one of the html stylesheet files, and that should cause it to fail if
it is being used.

Hi,
I noticed that FOP 0.95 supports PDF metadata (
http://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/0.95/metadata.pdf ). It seems trival
to add support for this in the process.root docbook-xsl template. Is
there any interest in having this in the official docbook-xsl
distribution?
