(sorry to the moderator. I had send this email to the wrong list.)
Hello,
when using docbook xsl sheets docbook.xsl creates one large file including
TOCs in it. When using chunk.xsl it splits it up but there are no TOCs. Is
this still under development or do I have to create this myself?

I'm sorry. From your previous description I wrongly assumed that you have
set up your sgml-environment only partially. Which doesn't seem to be the
case looking at your settings.

Hello,
I use the above mentioned declaration. I write a master file in NTEmacs with
linking to sub content. I then create the sub content files. I finish my
work, it gets jaded and saved. Then I come back a day later and open one of
the sub content files and it errors on me:

Hello,
I got trouble with page breaks in PDF. Sections will not automatically
break. Screens don't break either. Kinda sucks if a screen is across two
pages.
How do I force page breaks on Sect1 and more importantly Screen if it is
about to span across two pages?
Thanks,
mk
I want to convert documentation to SGML so I can bring it online in HTML and
PDF form.
I must include many (a few hundred) screen shots. Screens in the form of
characters e.g.:

Sigh,
well the actual screen really does look like a nicely framed screen
including corners.
