Sorry, I should have tested that before posting. Indeed, it is more
complicated because the qandaset is formatted with a layout table in
HTML output. I think that template will need to be rewritten, so I
don't have a quick fix for you.

This combination of elements appears to have been missed in the
stylesheets. Apparently it isn't commonly used or it would have been
reported before now. I'll file an issue to get it fixed for the next
release.
