Hi Paul, This appears to be a bug introduced in version 1.79.1, in which the table templates had a complete rewrite. In the manpages stylesheet, tables of either kind are first converted to HTML tables and then converted to tbl tables. For HTML tables, it is only necessary to copy the table

I've just converted a bunch of DocBook tables from CALS markup to HTML markup. I then find that the manpage transform omits them, or rather, all I get in the output is: .TS allbox tab(:); . .TE A diff between the output produced for the CALS versus HTML table looks like this: .TS allbox tab
