Problems?
I’ve been publishing the print version of the User guides for many years
through Lulu. They have recently changed their website and parts of it now
work badly or not at all. I’ve seen other people mentioning problems, and
today I tried it for myself. I couldn’t complete the publishing process.

IMO historical details or comparisons are only useful when discussing how
to work with files created and saved under old versions of LO, but it
sounds like this is not the case here. Some other guides do, or did, have
these types of notes, but I’ve also been removing them. So I’m with you on
I agree that a sample dialog from the specific component is better than
using the same one for all books. We (especially I) have taken the
quick-and-easy approach to a lot of things, having limited time and energy.
Now, with more team members, perhaps some of these can be improved.

The Draw Guide uses Tango icons. With only two chapters to go, I shall not be
changing. The change can take place when we go Version 7.0, but need definite
instruction to us Colibre.
