Open the Data Sources window using your preferred method (say F4).
In the left hand pane, right click on the data source you wish to remove.
In the context menu which opens, select 'Registered databases'.
In the 'Registered databases' dialogue box which opens, select the

Problems?
After having trouble trying to set up Mail Merge on Libre Office 3.5.4.2
